At The Blankie Co., we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, we do provide exchanges within 21 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
• Items must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase, which can be a payment confirmation, invoice, or order confirmation.
• You must apply for the exchange within 21 days from the date of purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer you a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. Please ensure you choose carefully.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
